Help with Car Loan & Death of Borrower - Oregon? - car title loans oregon
My father-in-law recently died in a terrible car accident and has purchased two new vehicles last year. The family, especially my mother-in-law (the unempoyed), worried that the blame should fall on them.
Note: No other person has a loan in the car or title, there was not a guarantor.
Who knows when this happens, is in Oregon, where the borrower dies on a car loan? He hoped he could return the car to the bank and call it, because nobody else on the loan or title. I think it is ridiculous for the bank to get the family!
