Does anyone know if the process of voluntarily repossesing your car back to the dealership? What happens? - process runner rapidshare
I have a 02 4 Runner and payments are now too high. My credit is crap anyway, so I know if he voluntarily REPRISE my credit card no more harm than he already injured. But nobody knows what will happen? Then they come after me for the additional costs should I? Help!

The dealer sells the car, usually at auction for less pain, then late for the rest of your loan plus fees and taxes unless it was sold at auction.
