I do not see the advantage with a suspensory. R is uncomfortable if you play sports that are not comfortable with a bathing suit.

When I wear a bathing suit, shorts, gym or type of swimwear do not wear anything underneath. Sometimes, when support is a lining in the swimsuit really. Much more comfortable without anything. Boxer thinks it would be still uncomfortable when they are wet. I think that climb and cling to the thighs, etc.
