Have 300k pixels Digital Camera Binoculars. Installed drivers (I think) but it isn't WORKING?!?!?! HELP!!!!!! - digital binoculars drivers

It could be Dual) Mode Camera (8008 VGA, I think. I visited the site and I do not think I will install the drivers, but the mother to work! Can anyone help? What should I do?
